Coast Grown customers will enjoy the healthiest and highest quality meats that our ranchers can provide. Our livestock is raised on ranches throughout the Central Coast and processed at ranch sites with our USDA inspected mobile unit. We use neither synthetic hormones or antibiotics and focus on happy animals living on land that is sustainably grazed. Meat is dry aged for tendernhess then cut and wrapped at the Paso Meat and Sausage Company. This gives us complete control over safety, quality and packaging.
