Rancho Tierra Redonda (RTR) is a local family owned ranch operating on the grassy rangeland near our home in northern San Luis Obispo County. The cattle, sheep and goat herds are managed using ecological sustainable practices in harmony with the environment. Rangeland management practices include the development of RTR Mountain Cattle that are adaptable to the varied ecosystems on the Central Coast. RTR proudly produces free range grass fed, chemical free meats. Animals raised in free range family units are healthier, both mentally and physically, and that's better for our livestock and consumers. We are well known for our young, tender beef. RTR meats are naturally lean, USDA inspected, vacuum packed and available to suit your needs.
