Noah has been farming his family's property in Creston since 1997. The farm has been CCOF Certified Organic since 2000. In 2009 Noah and Steve Moore formed Earth Stewards LLC and began producing mixed vegetables on a 2 acre field that had been fallow for the past year. Our primary crop in 2009 is heirloom tomatoes which will begin harvest in August/September. We are also growing summer squash, corn, green beans, lettuce and winter squash. Both Noah and Steve have a long-standing interest and experience with compost teas and biodynamic methods. We have recently applied for Demeter Organic Certification and plan to transition to biodynamic certification.
